Dr. Gutierrez has seen my child for over 12yrs hrs always very attentive, knowledgeable and proactive. She has special needs and I trust him with her care. He's not only very knowledgeable he's also very compassionate. His staff is also very attentive and always willing to help. Everything i call im able to get a same day appointment. Would like to say that this Dr. Gutierrez is the man!!! My daughter has severe asthma and it is literally a joy for her to go to the doctor to see him. The way they interact with each other is the way he interacts with all children. He is a nice man. The place is perfect from top to bottom. Also, can't forget. When Dr. Gutierrez owned the practice it was a lot better but now that he doesn't own it it's bad. It's always been a slow moving clinic but at least Dr.Gutierrez was there. One time I fell outside because the air was dripping water and it was very slippery and even though I cut my foot they didn't care. I got a bandage and that's all. I kept calling after that to get them to fix the leaking problem but they took their time, it literally took days. 2 hours and 30 minutes. Over 2 hours you had my newborn and 2 year old wait with a scheduled appt from months ago. Months. Instead you chose to help a random walk with 7 kids who could not speak 3 words of English. Only when I said we are leaving did you finally take the 5 mins to check on my baby girls then said all is well. IF you have almost 3 hours to spare for your scheduled appt, then I recommend this trash place. Money grabbers chasing the easy Medicaid money
Dr. Gutierrez is the best doctor. His bedside manner is second to none. He’s very caring and always takes good care of all three of my children. My kids range in age from 20 to 11 to 2 years old. Dr. Gutierrez has always steered us in the right direction when it comes to solving why they’re ill and how to quickly get them back to good health.
