I want to give a huge thank you to Josh and Shawn at Carl's Autocare and Towing that towed my car after it broke down; both were friendly and professional. I am Canadian and Josh new the exact process to get my car back into Canada through AAA, where Carl's Autocare is an approved tower. Josh spent extra time on the phone to the Canadian towing company that met me in Sweet Grass, to ensure that I would not be stranded. Many, many thanks! I will always fuel up here when in Great Falls. Thank you for the excellent service!

DO NOT GO. These guys are clowns. I had them replace my A/C condenser. I got it home and it was leaking transmission fluid really bad. I brought it back 3 different times each time saying they fixed it and they did not. I had to have transmission lines replaced and it cost me a bunch of more money.

Called in a day a head and was gold by someone to bring my car in at 8 am, as we get there we are told by everyone there they can't do it or don't want to. When they clearly told me over the phone that they would. Horrible service by all 3 men working there. One left us sitting and waiting. Very rude service. I will never ever take my cars to there again

Since we've lived in Great Falls, we've always used Carl's for all work needed on our 2004 Olds Bravada (similar to a Chevy Trailblazer). Through the years they've had to replace many pieces of equipment. Recently, the front differential (AWD) needed re[placement. As always they did a great job for a good price and timely service. They've also towed our vehicle many times (AAA Towing) with quality service too ! We would highly recommend them for auto work and towing !!
