In a city that is seemingly full of agents who are overbearing and impersonal, Jake brings a level of genuine sincerity and ease that was like a breath of fresh air. He was honest, informative and helpful without being over the top and insistent. After a solid three months of searching for a flat, my partner and I left the viewing with Jake both agreeing he was by far the best agent we had come across.

Martyn Gerrard were great; they were open to me offering on a house without an offer on my own flat as they knew the buyers were flexible and that I was serious. They then got me an offer on my flat within 4 weeks locking in my sale and purchase. They have helped push things along, always available to chat. I would recommend.

Viewed a property with Jake on Brayfield terrace in Islington, he was very helpful, but above all honest about the incoming renters act and what it would mean for us as tenants. Given current market (low supply, high prices, 24 hours listing to signed) this was really refreshing, as we'd been met with pushy behaviour from other estate agents to sign 2/3 year leases. Would go direct to Carlton if looking to rent in the area.
