I love this office so much! We make a 40 minute drive from GR just to see Carly Gilbert and her amazing team. They keep not just my wellbeing but my families wellbeing in mind even if we don’t have appointments coming up. You will not be disappointed with the amount of care and lengths they will go for their patients.
Dr. Carly is absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely listens to everything I have to say. She takes the time to explain things clearly and always offers multiple suggestions so I feel involved in my care. She’s also very accommodating with appointments and never keeps me waiting. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism, compassion, and efficiency so well. I’m truly grateful to have her as my doctor!
I was very impressed with Carly! She listened to me and heard my concerns. She was respectful, thorough, and professional, and I feel confident with her care.
Carly is so easy to communicate with. She was informative and prescribed a medication/antibiotic to start on before we had results that possibly would fix my symptoms, which have improved, instead of waiting. Then fixing the problem would take longer.
Had my first visit with Carly a day ago. She and the nurse were awesome. They both took time with me and discussed everything I asked about. It felt good to have good care. It was a great experience and I will now look forward to visits.
