Even though my credit score is a negative 300 the team really pulled together and made it work! In all seriousness though, Carlyn and her team worked quickly to get us a pre approval letter when our last lender was dragging their feet even though they knew timeliness was important as to not lose the house we wanted. The whole process was easy; they asked for documents, we gave them documents, and got the thumbs up. Really happy we found Rate through our realtor and would 100% use them again if the need ever arises.
Carlyn was absolutely incredible to work with. She helped us navigate multiple obstacles and always took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable and informed. Buying a home is stressful, but Carlyn was calm, supportive, and genuinely sweet through it all. We are so grateful for her and will definitely recommend her to everyone we know!
