I needed to reduce the number of vehicles that I owned, so I went to CarMax to get an appraisal of my F-150 pickup. They had my truck appraised within 30 minutes or so, and I ended up selling them my truck. I couldn't get over how professional and personable everybody at CarMax was. This was not the stereotypical dreaded car dealership experience. I recommend them to anyone trying to sell or buy a car.
Customer Service at the Carmax Service Center at River Ranch Blvd in Fort Worth was awful this afternoon from the moment I drove up till the moment I drove off. Staff didn't greet me when I walked in. There were several employees were on the computers talking to each other when I pulled up to the glass in my car.
