Beautiful Community The homes are beautiful, the amenities are top notch, and the new management company has really made improvements.
TERRIBLE! POOR QUALITY AND UNRELIABLE FRONT OFFICE STAFF When I originally moved to Carmel Villas, I had every intention of not moving again. It was the perfect concept. Unfortunately, my time at Carmel Villa was sub-par to say the very least. When I moved in there was a big crack in the kitchen cabinet. I let the front office know and they said they would send construction. Well construction must’ve gotten lost for a year because the crack was never fixed, and I was unable to use the cabinet to avoid further damage. At the ... read more
