Carmen submitted falsified information to my insurance company, using my visits as ways to increase her financial gain, by saying she’d rendered services she hadn’t, in addition to trying to render as many services as possible during a single appointment. Carmen incredibly unprofessional and uses harsh, hurtful language with patients. Carmen is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her in the last year and a half. She has changed my life for the better. I highly recommend her for anyone struggling with life’s difficulties no matter what they are.
