Counselor is great. I give her 5 stars. As a company, I would give them 0. They need to straighten their billing methods. I always pay for my sessions during check in. However, I always receive a bill afterwards. I just had a session last week. I asked the receptionist to check my account. She said everything looked good. She gave me an invoice for the session. I don't like the fact that after I have already filled out the intake paperwork, I had to also scan a QR code in the office to fill out information that I had already previously provided. How am I guaranteed that scanning that QR code and providing personal information that it won't get into the wrong hands? The therapist was very nice and helpful. I do feel like I need to pick a different therapist and company because it's not working for what I need help with. It's nothing against the therapist.
