Carolann Brooks is fantastic. She listens which is the most important thing she can do. Previously I had gone to Yolande Joseph 3x. I wish I would have gotten an opportunity to review her. She was truly awful. One of my telehealth sessions was over her phone-audio only-and I think she was in her car judging from background noise.
The providers have been awesome. Having telelhealth counseling and care is so helpful for those of us with crazy schedules. The front desk staff or admin staff can be quite unorganized though and don't have the best communication skills. It really depends on who picks up the phone. The portal is really nice because you can message your provider directly if needed. Over-all, I'm really happy with my care and I'm happy I found this company.
I sent my husband here because he needed psychiatric help. He has been to see her twice but he won't be going back. His visits have been no help at all. I'm sure they have billed our insurance company, but it is a total waste. I am a registered nurse so I do know how to evaluate the visit. They just spend the time with the patient but have no suggestions of how to work toward solving the problem. Ms. Brooks has a PMHNP license but whatever she learned in getting that degree has in no way prepared her to provide this service... read more

I have the pleasure of working with Carolann Brooks, PMHNP who prescribes my medications and coordinates my care. She is professional and very caring.
