Jessica was wonderful however when I got my allergy shot the lady at the 3 rd table needs to be put in check. This is not the 1st she has had attitude . Everyone else has been wonderful and April is the rockstar and she should be praised
Today, the shot giver told me if I do not download their app, it will cost me $10 for them to print out a replacement paper barcode to register for shots because the office wants patients to use the app. Last week, they gave out my phone number for someone to call me and sell me a product that has nothing to do with my condition, even after I responded and requested not to be called. This doctor’s office shows little compassion in the way they treat their patients and families. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience here, but my most recent one was extremely stressful. I called to request my child’s medication administration form and was told I had to sign a release form just to have it sent directly to me.
