Susan is wonderful, so is her assistant ! The front desk staff and shot room staff are also top notch - cannot imagine going anywhere else.
Dr Norris has taken care of me for the last 8 years and he has given me all time needed to explain my current health issues. He reviews always issues of the past year. He summarizes all issues and makes suggestions how i should proceed to go forward Thanks Herbert Voigt
The staff is very welcoming and Dr. Norris never makes me feel rushed and always explains everything to me and always makes me feel like I am important and I matter.
Jessica was wonderful however when I got my allergy shot the lady at the 3 rd table needs to be put in check. This is not the 1st she has had attitude . Everyone else has been wonderful and April is the rockstar and she should be praised
Today, the shot giver told me if I do not download their app, it will cost me $10 for them to print out a replacement paper barcode to register for shots because the office wants patients to use the app. Last week, they gave out my phone number for someone to call me and sell me a product that has nothing to do with my condition, even after I responded and requested not to be called.
