I've been seeing Dr. Norris for years. He is truly one of the kindest, most knowledgeable and thorough doctors I ever known! He has also guided me through my allergy shot journey with success. Life changing! Would absolutely recommend!
If allergy shots are important to you, you’re taking a risk going here. Dr Hungness is amazing. Best doctor I’ve ever seen anywhere for anything. But the shot room is hit or miss. Once again, they’ve forgotten to submit the order for my new vial. So I show up for nothing. This is I think the fifth time this has happened. And once they lost my vial to, which caused me to be late for my shot. They might open the shot room at 8. Depends of if the nurses are there or if a doctor bothered to show up on time. Who knows. Let me start by saying that the nurses and reception staff here are wonderful and not the reason for this review. I saw Dr. Roberts to follow up for an existing and already established problem, which I had seen an NP for at this location. When I brought up my concerns with my current treatment, he dismissed them, saying that my condition was just because of my weight. He is taking me off my medication to "see what happens." Natasha was wonderful. She listened to me, then offered her opinion in an easy to understand way. She is friendly and clearly cares about her patients. I very much appreciated her kind and caring attitude. Thank you.
Abigail was wonderful as always! She takes her time to really listen to your concerns and evaluate all possible options. Every time I see her for a new problem I always walk out feeling better than how I went in. She ALWAYS has the answers and gets me feeling better ASAP! I recommend her 1000%
