I loved that there was enough time in the appointment to talk about everything in my medical history and what was currently going on. Professional and courteous. She was very good at explaining what the possibilities were and what it could mean. Dr. Chadha has given me hope that doctors still care and are willing to work with you to address issues.

Dr. Gilchrist is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to truly listen, explain everything in detail, and make sure her patients feel comfortable and cared for. Her professionalism and deep knowledge are matched by her kindness and compassion, which makes every visit a positive experience. In addition her staff is just as amazing and welcoming. This was my first visit with Dr. Patel at Carolina Asthma and Allergy in Rock Hill. I appreciated his professionalism , beside manner, and clear communication in regards to the possible reasons for my allergy and the process of testing. It was helpful that he took notes during our discussion. Since my memory is not quite as good as it used to be, it was great to be able to take those notes home to review as needed. Dr Lapuente was very professional and kind. He seemed to be concerned and willing to find out what my issues were and to come up with a solution. He asked me several questions which was longer than the 5 mins my primary (civilian) doctor takes that was impressive. If I need to be seen again in his office I will prefer to be seen by Dr Lapuente

I went in with hardly any knowledge about my asthma and left with many answers! Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, and the doctors were very friendly and kind. They took their time helping me get the testing and results I needed. They answered all of our questions and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me. Each of the ladies I spoke with knew their stuff and allowed me to leave feeling confident I got the best care. I’d give them 10/10!
