Dr. Langley is wonderful. More than just a referral, she was highly recommended by our Pediatrician. We did not have clarity on test results from two former allergists years ago and wanted a fresh start. The office staff, testing process and atmosphere was very welcoming. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel. She was very friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable throughout the entire allergen testing process, and I truly appreciated her thorough and caring approach. I would highly recommend seeing her!
My insurance company recommended her (Raquel). I set up my appointment at 8:40am. She was 10minutes late. When I mentioned that I wasn’t sure if anyone was going to show up because of the late time, she deflected and said she had other appointments. However her front desk administrator said she was just walking in for the day 😬. People are late, I get it. But just apologize and be humble. We have been with Dr. Chada for 8 years. She is transparent, honest, knowledgeable, personable, accommodating, and kind. Our experience with her has been nothing but positive. She has always taken such great care of our daughter!
Dr Patel is simply the best! She is so knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to make sure we understand and are comfortable with our son’s care.
