My first visit there was disappointing. When I arrived, a young lady at the front desk clearly saw me but did not acknowledge my presence or inform me that someone else would assist me shortly. I had to ask her, which I found unprofessional. She could have at least recognized my arrival and said that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Natasha is awesome!. She was very thorough and knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable. I love that she thoroughly explains everything to me. Natasha was just as happy with how much improvement I have made since the last time as I was. She is such a great person and provider! I have only had great experiences with this group!!! I would recommend this team! They are very pleasant and knowledgeable!!
Dr. Langley is wonderful. More than just a referral, she was highly recommended by our Pediatrician. We did not have clarity on test results from two former allergists years ago and wanted a fresh start. The office staff, testing process and atmosphere was very welcoming. Dr. Hungness was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and informative. She took the time to explain everything and made certain I understood and was comfortable with what all was taking place. I highly recommend Dr. Hungness and her staff.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel. She was very friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable throughout the entire allergen testing process, and I truly appreciated her thorough and caring approach. I would highly recommend seeing her!
