Dr. Lapuenta was incredible. He was patient with my toddler and explained everything so well to put a mom's heart to rest with a thoughtful plan of action.
She had great bedside manner And very personable. She was quick and thorough all while explaining why I was experiencing some changes, even though my meds remained the same.
Wonderful experience!! Admittedly, I only went to this location bc it was the first available as it’s about a 40 min drive for me. That being said- the staff was AMAZING- from support staff/front desk to nurse to doctor. So, so nice and so helpful. I absolutely will make my follow ups here again just bc I know how kind and helpful they were.
Dr Lapuente is the best! He explains so that I can understand! If he thinks its too complex he tries from another angle. He genuinely cares and listens to you!! So glad he is there! Wish more drs were like him!
Dr Collura is always aware of any health concerns I have. It is a pleasure to have her on my health team. The nurses and staff are friendly and helpful.
