Carolina Braces has the best most pleasant staff I have ever experienced at a dr. The assistants that I have experienced are always very friendly and nice and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Kent always shares great information on my progress and what to expect going forward. I once had an issue with a broken bracket and he was able to get me in quickly for an emergency appointment. My experience here has always been pleasant even in times of discomfort.
The front desk staff, office manager, dental assistants and both orthodontist were absolutely amazing. There was never any issues and they were always flexible. I looooovvvvee this place. Friendly, professional and restored confidence in my daughter by giving her the most beautiful smile. We love them so much we were sad to remove the braces because we wouldn't have a reason to come back. The office is beautiful, fun,and warming. Everything about my visit was 10/10. Elena and Dr Hamilton are super informative about the process and what you should expect. Mrs Jean is very knowledgeable about the financial part of getting braces and she's soooo sweet!! My tech was excellent too (I can't remember her name)! They also give these really nice goodie bags that include everything you need to take care of your teeth and braces. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.
Took my teen in for a consultation. Walked out with braces. Needless to say we felt so unbelievably comfortable there with the doctors and staff. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and taking the time out to explain everything and answer all of our questions.
I had the most welcoming experience today at Carolina braces today. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. Everyone was friendly and helpful! I was able to do my consultation and get my braces in the same day.
