I was very disappointed that they were a day late starting my service which in turn pushed back to finish a day late and I had family coming from out of town. My family had to sit on the porch after an 11 hour ride because my floors weren’t completed. It was only one worker to complete my home and he was excellent to have done this task all by himself. However I think this job could’ve been done a lot more smoothly and efficiently to only be offered an apology.
A day late starting job, company from New York had to sit on porch after an eleven hour car ride because floors still not completed on third day when job was supposed to be two days. Only one installer for most of the work.
