We called on a Monday and spoke to Deana and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we walked into the store to complete the transaction we were helped almost immediately. They had us scheduled for install that Wednesday. The technician was very fast and efficient too. They were affordable too. I would highly recommend them. Overall they were helpful, fast, and efficient.
Couldn’t have had a better experience! Deanna was amazing from start to finish. She worked with our budget for a rental property and within a tight timeframe. The guys who did the install were on time, and super efficient while still doing an excellent job. Will absolutely use this business again.

We purchased carpeting from Carolina Carpet and Floors to replace the nearly 20-year-old carpet in our great room. Unfortunately, less than a year later, the new carpet already needs to be replaced. Remarkably, our old carpeting looked much better than the replacement. The carpet manuafacturer had a very limited warranty that expired before the issues became apparent. I've used Carolina Carpet for floors in my old house a few years ago and used them again for my new house. We needed carpet and hardwood floors downstairs. They were very helpful with easing my mind and coming to the house to show me floor samples before moving forward with purchasing. When I came into the store to finalize my downstairs flooring, they helped me choose the right type of floors based on my needs and having large dogs.
