Matthew McCall did a great job getting our AC unit back in shape. Cleaned everything, and it’s running like new. 10/10 recommend

Marshall was wonderful. Our heat went out at the beginning of the cold snap. The first company we called quoted us 6k+ to fix the heat strips and the compressor and tried pushing us to just buy a whole unit. They stated it would take 3-5 weeks before they could even get it fixed. After sleeping on it, we decided to call Carolina Climate Control. Matthew McCall…if you are fortunate enough to have him visit you…you are guaranteed to have a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable and actually cares about the customer and his job. He arrived for a scheduled service appointment a time and worked very diligently to ensure our unit was in top shape and performing properly. Would highly recommended the Carolina Climate Control team to anyone needing HVAC services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What's not great to say about this place. Have used multiple times and they come through and deliver like no other. Extremely fast, thorough, and knowledgeable. Micah and Griff have been wonderful to work with. Can't recommend enough!
