Our reach-in closet design was adjusted digitally in the store while we were there. Really nice to not have to go back and forth by email to get it just right. Designer and installer were super responsive all along the way. Appreciated being able to pay with a credit card. Love the quality and construction. Only issue is that it would have been nice to have the shelves a bit less deep to give clearance on closet doors for hanging our robes and belts/scarves. I cannot speak highly enough of Carolina Closets. They constructed my dream closet, and it is simply stunning. From Jen, the Senior Designer, who flawlessly collaborated with me to design the look and feel of my closet, to Nathan and Steve, who expertly built a top-notch closet, and Dawson, who managed scheduling and customer service with utmost professionalism – I am incredibly impressed. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend their services.
I am so impressed with Carolina Closets and Jennifer, our designer. We needed to redo our primary closet due to the builder's faulty installation. We were told that Carolina Closets would be able to help us. They certainly did. Jennifer listened to our concerns and came up with an amazing design that not only will fix our problem but maximize our space. We can't wait to see the finished product!
We worked with Jennifer Minish, and it was a 5/5 star experience from start to finish. She transformed 4 closets for us in our 100 year old West Asheville bungalow. My favorite space she did was an office and it's now a whole-room walk-in closet. She met with us once, took some measurements, and chatted with us about our needs for the space. This is my third engagement with Green Mountain Space. This time we focused on cleaning out a large utility room in our basement which was full of all kinds of outdoor equipment and boxes from The move into our home. The team was focused and efficient, gave us good input on purging, all in a friendly manner. It feels so good to be able to walk into the utility room without moving things around and tripping over things. Best of all everything is labeled and categorized together so we can find it.
