I LOVE my closet. Lindsey was fantastic to work with. She has great recommendations, was very transparent about the process. The turnaround time from the onsite visit to the quote was very quick. I was able to make adjustments. The build only took 1 day. Every time I go into my closet I realize this was worth every penny!
We had a great experience at Carolina Closets and they stand behind their work. Lindsey Johnson was our contract and she was great to work with. We went back and forth multiple times until we nailed down the plans - 2 walk in closets, laundry room, a linen closet and a pantry. Lindsey was very patient and had great ideas. Highly recommended. A++ They took the measurements and gave us several options for the design of the closets/pantries in our home addition. Very professional and patient as we made several adjustments during the process. Install was a smooth process. We noticed that one of the closet organizers would not work as we intended; this was our fault. CC redesigned, rebuilt, and reinstalled the unit at our expense. They were replacing 2 sets of drawer slides. They came out the first time and had the wrong size. Came back promptly and fixed the problem. The service man was exceptionally courteous and qualified. A job very well done.
Just wow! Our MBR closet is gorgeous!! They did such a beautiful job planning and building our primary bedroom closet. Mike and Mark were so easy to work with. The price was comparable to other companies, but their attention to detail and building of the closet system was exceptional.
