Catherine did an amazing job helping me design my closet. She was extremely detailed, thoughtful and took time to get to know my tastes, our requirements down to the shoe size! She recommended things I didn't even think of! She was flexible and accommodating with my busy schedule and I really enjoyed working with her. Definitely recommend.
I LOVE my closet. Lindsey was fantastic to work with. She has great recommendations, was very transparent about the process. The turnaround time from the onsite visit to the quote was very quick. I was able to make adjustments. The build only took 1 day. Every time I go into my closet I realize this was worth every penny!
Highly recommended. A++ They took the measurements and gave us several options for the design of the closets/pantries in our home addition. Very professional and patient as we made several adjustments during the process. Install was a smooth process. We noticed that one of the closet organizers would not work as we intended; this was our fault. CC redesigned, rebuilt, and reinstalled the unit at our expense. We had a great experience at Carolina Closets and they stand behind their work. Lindsey Johnson was our contract and she was great to work with. We went back and forth multiple times until we nailed down the plans - 2 walk in closets, laundry room, a linen closet and a pantry. Lindsey was very patient and had great ideas.
