We love our new closet! From working with Olivia our designer to visiting the showroom and finally installation the process was professional and so easy! We do have one minor adjustment that needs done and I'm hoping that goes smoothly as well. My only disappointment was that I did not get any follow up calls to see how the installation went. It was almost like once I signed on the dotted line the over the top service ended. Highly recommend!
Carolina Closets recently did an install on my master closet, pantry, and flex room closets. Everything was done superbly from working with Donna on the layout to the install by Pierce and Danny. They delivered just what I was looking for, both aesthetically and functionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for custom closets.
The whole process was just wonderful. Stacey did a great job of figuring out exactly what we needed to reform our master bedroom closet. The install was done in a day and we are beyond pleased with it. I would highly recommend them!
Great sales support at getting what we wanted for projects in 3 separate rooms (garage, closet and storage room). Installation was soon after, and done by professionals who were very clean and responsive. Definitely the place to go for custom storage.
Working with Donna Pollock and the staff at Carolina Closets was such a pleasure! We took a bedroom that adjoined our master bedroom and turned the entire room into a fitted closet with Donna's expert guidance. She had great ideas and suggestions and her expert measurements made the installation a breeze. This is the second fitted closet that she has done for us and we recommend Donna and Carolina Closets very highly!
