Carolina Commercial Systems provides a level of service that is very rare these days (especially among commercial contractors). In the few months since we started working with them, I've found their communication and response time to be excellent. Jac, our usual technician, is a super nice guy and very thorough tech. It's great to have a team that we can trust with issues big and small.
Got into work this morning with no heat due to a messed up thermostat. I was very surprised we were able to get someone out today, but Oscar came through for us. He went above and beyond to help us set up the new thermostat for scheduled on/off times, and explained it with lots of detail. Super nice guy, great service.
Carolina Commercial Systems is great! We use them for general maintenance, routine service and emergency service services. Mike Geraci and team are knowledgeable, listen to the needs, and come up with creative ways to address issues. Highly recommend their services!
They seem to do good work, but I question their ethics. They knowingly installed an undersized furnace that ran constantly, without telling me. Furnace ran constantly and couldn't keep up during the cold months. Apparently, what my house needed was "backordered". After a run-around monitoring the thermostat remotely, they eventually admitted it and removed the system. I went elsewhere. They never compensated me for the excessively high heating bills, after saying they would.
Scott has been helping me and my inlaws for well over 10 years. He installed a new unit at my house in Garner; it was a fair price and did great work. My warrranty on my new home unit just expired and I will be calling him and his team again if something goes wrong. Scott once got me out of a jam on a weekend when I had out of town guests and needed a capacitor. He didn't have to, but he did, and I've always been grateful to him and CCS. You have a loyal customer for life!
