Jason and the team were excellent to deal with. Jason was responsive to my emails and calls to clarify scope and needs for the project. Once the project was approved the process was seamless. The Carolina Flooring team coordinated with the property management company, completed install, and left the property clean. I could not ask for better service. All three rooms look great!! Straightforward, honest and friendly service. I needed a carpet runner installed, Jason the owner advised it would be best for me to supply the sisal carpet as it was difficult and would be expense for him to supply. I found a supplier and had it shipped to the house. Called Jason back, arrived a few days later to review, returned the next day and installed. That is great customer service. Thank you Jason and team.

We are return customers. We have always been more than satisfied.Carolina flooring is tangible and offer old school hospitality and customer service. They genuinely care about their product and it shows in the quality of work. Most recently we had a very large Mother-n-law suite carpeted. I was t sure what I wanted and was very appreciative of the time and knowledge offered to help me make the best choice for my home. We are very pleased and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.
