The woman at the front desk is highly rude. My cousin is a patient here, and for the amount of money they charge her. You would think they would have enough decency to atleast be respectful! Whatever you’re going through in your personal life, leave it at the door and stop projecting at your occupation. I’ve had better service at a McDonalds compared to hers and all she does is sit down on her phone ???? if you hate your job, find a new occupation girl
Wonderful staff, great resources provided. If you think you can manage the out patient go for it! They do provide a bed with cool guys in the house that will support you if you need the extra structure. Except to put work in. Recovery and sobriety are 2 different things. Start your healing process. make it count behind closed doors. Carolina outpatient gave me the start and support. Thankful for this treatment! P.s they have A pretty sweet massage chair.
Warning — read before you sign or pay I checked into this facility on September 16, 2025 to get help and paid $2,500 up front for a 21-day program (total cost $5,000). Within 24 hours I gave written notice that I could not continue and asked what my options were. I ultimately stayed three days and discharged myself. I offered to pay for the three days of care I actually received, which I felt was fair to both sides. Instead, the facility refused to prorate or refund any portion of my $2,500 payment. You will not find a better team to care for you and respond to your needs. Their care and knowledge far exceeds anyone I have encountered before. They went above and beyond for my loved one, tailor fit a program just for him, followed up with genuine concern and motivated him to follow through with the aftercare prior to leaving. Very genuine people, entire staff is AMAZING!!!
Great staff and location! Highly recommend to anyone needing a flexible but effective detox.
