We are extremely fortunate to have Andy @ Carolina Power & Generator service our generator and transfer switch. Andy always gives more than 100% effort each and every time he works on our equipment, today was no exception. Communication with the main office to schedule work and follow up could be better but overall we have been satisfied.
Extremely prompt and excellent service. Called on a Monday scheduled for Thursday and Andy the technician quickly found the issue with my generac generator taking the time to explain the issue to me. He also went over the rest of the generator adjusting issues from improper installation from a different service.
Cody was on time, professional and obviously a hard worker. Very kind and polite. Great job! Great company. Been working with them for 2 years. I heartily recommend them!
I was on the list with other companies and was rescheduled the day of my appointment. I called Carolina Air and was given a same day appointment. The technition responded within the hour! In 20 min, the problem was found and the culprit part was replaced. Back in business, baby! Drexel, or his Superhero name - "Drex" is knowledgeable, courteous, focused, and friendly. 5 stars! From the very start my experience was top notch - the entire experience. Each of the employees were polite, likeable and professional. They answered endless questions with a smile, worked within my schedule, and cleaned up when they were done.
