We are extremely fortunate to have Andy @ Carolina Power & Generator service our generator and transfer switch. Andy always gives more than 100% effort each and every time he works on our equipment, today was no exception. Communication with the main office to schedule work and follow up could be better but overall we have been satisfied.
Roger was the Tech who serviced our Generac and I was most impressed by his courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness. He explained an issue he found in my natural gas lines and recommended I get a second opinion. I checked it out with the gas company and they verified what Roger told me. It is all resolved now and I credit the Carolina Power and Generator staff for a superb job and friendly follow up. I am looking forward to their continued service.
Extremely prompt and excellent service. Called on a Monday scheduled for Thursday and Andy the technician quickly found the issue with my generac generator taking the time to explain the issue to me. He also went over the rest of the generator adjusting issues from improper installation from a different service.
I was on the list with other companies and was rescheduled the day of my appointment. I called Carolina Air and was given a same day appointment. The technition responded within the hour! In 20 min, the problem was found and the culprit part was replaced. Back in business, baby! Drexel, or his Superhero name - "Drex" is knowledgeable, courteous, focused, and friendly. 5 stars! Thank you, Drex!
