Roger was the Tech who serviced our Generac and I was most impressed by his courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness. He explained an issue he found in my natural gas lines and recommended I get a second opinion. I checked it out with the gas company and they verified what Roger told me. It is all resolved now and I credit the Carolina Power and Generator staff for a superb job and friendly follow up. I am looking forward to their continued service.

Carolina Power and generators just completed their annual maintenance. They gave me plenty of advance notice, arrived on time and completed the work in the time expected. I received a generator maintenance report shortly after showing everything that was checked and the status. I’m very happy with their work.
