Overall work performed is a 5. I requested to have the same technician to perform the maintenance services for my 2 heating and cooling units, however a different technician showed up. The technician did call me 1 hour befor my appointment, to get my O.K to do the service (thank you). My preference is to have the same person maintaining my units. Awesome service! We had Ethan out today for an issue with our generator. He showed up right on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed our issue on the spot. The dispatcher we talked with yesterday was also great, she set us up with an appointment ASAP.
The Tech Jeremy was great, he was very informative about the steps he was taking to get my problem resolved. He drove 2 hours to get to my address. He said it was no problem and was happy to help.
Drexel was thorough, let me know he was on the way, explained what he did and went through maintenance plans with me. Pleased with the service
From the very start my experience was top notch - the entire experience. Each of the employees were polite, likeable and professional. They answered endless questions with a smile, worked within my schedule, and cleaned up when they were done.
