Let me start by saying this particular location on knotts abbot rd has the most friendly and customer focused employees!! I called first to ask a couple of questions and latesha was very helpful and courteous. When I arrived at the location Rhea helped me she was very informative and extremely professional and knowledgeable!! I came in today for a loan and Ms. LaTesha, and Ms. Rhea made sure the process went so smoothly. The both of them were very attentive and answered every question I had with smiles on their faces. They definitely showed how they would go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend coming in and seeing them for your needs!!!
