Let me start by saying this particular location on knotts abbot rd has the most friendly and customer focused employees!! I called first to ask a couple of questions and latesha was very helpful and courteous. When I arrived at the location Rhea helped me she was very informative and extremely professional and knowledgeable!! I was in a bind, and came here to read the reviews. The reviews were so good, I have to admit I was a little skeptical. If you're like me, please let me tell you they are true. From my 1st call to accepting the terms, they were VERY sweet and helpful. Ms. Rhea and her coworker treat you like family. If you need a loan, please go here. No judgments like other places.
I came in today for a loan and Ms. LaTesha, and Ms. Rhea made sure the process went so smoothly. The both of them were very attentive and answered every question I had with smiles on their faces. They definitely showed how they would go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend coming in and seeing them for your needs!!!
I am a first time client today and a lifetime client from now on. The two ladies in this office are absolutely the sweetest women I have ever met. I compared them to the Krispy Kreme donuts across the street. Very helpful very professional I highly recommend
