Everyone was so genuinely kind. They are professionals but the human kindness is phenomenal. Dawn, Dr.Cox and my other nurse were amazing along with everyone else there. This office truly cares for their patients and are so compassionate. 10 out of 10
About 18 years ago, I had oral plates installed by Dr Cox, due to a broken jaw. Around 2.5 years ago, I developed an abscess above the plates that my dentist and another surgeon diagnosed to be caused by a metal allergy. I was advised to return to Dr Cox for plate removal because he was the one who performed the first surgery. At that point, I consulted with Dr Cox about the removal and he sent me for a root canal which did not improve the situation. I’m very nervous about my treatment plan for looks and health reasons. Dr Cox and his Staff was so good at addressing all my concerns. It made me feel comfortable and safe. Now I’m confident that I will have this work done! I could even relax because Dr Cox through in some humor. That knocked out some nervousness and tension. Thanks you guys!
Dr. Keith and staff are very personable and professional. I had a molar removed and felt nothing! Also played classic Rock in wait area which was a major plus.
Excellent experience! I have anxiety and a low tolerance for pain. I also have dense bone and extra roots. I didn't mention dense bone or the free root promotion to Dr. Cox, but 16 teeth were extracted in 20 minutes. I was treated with extreme care and the team was excellent in making me comfortable and relaxed. If you need an extraction, I highly recommend an oral surgeon.
