The entire staff was great!! They made my son feel comfortable by explaining step by step of the procedure. They kept me informed on instructions prior to his surgery as well as post surgery instructions! Definitely recommend this office! Best oral surgery facility hands down! Thanks again guys for an amazing job!
I really would like to say that the staff at this facility is phenomenal. They took great care of me before and after my procedure I considered the doctor one of the best I’ve ever dealt with in this industry. They are highly recommended.
I've had dreadful experiences over the past year trying to find anyone affordable to work on my teeth. I have cancer and most of the dental specialists I felt were either afraid to work on me or I simply couldn't afford. Praise God for answering my prayers and bringing Dr Blumer and his entire staff into my life. From the moment I walked in I just knew everything was going to be alright. I had a consultation with Dr Blumer about a tooth extraction. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. His staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I left the office feeling so much better.
Dr. Blummer and his assistant were wonderful. My issue is the following: I paid a large deposit in October 2024 at my first visit before the surgery. The deposit was never posted to my account. I was contacted numerous times and told that I owed money. I had to show them my credit card statement to prove that I already paid. So at this point they actually owed me money because my insurance also paid. I have contacted billing over the last few months numerous times to get my refund.
