Great experience. They made me feel super relaxed and love that my Surgeon was a funny guy. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and so far it's going well! Would recommend them 100%.

Wisdom tooth consult & procedure. 1. Casual, vague & overly broad patient consult. 2. Scribe/assistant in consult room violating doc-patient relationship. 3. Billing confusion resulting in overcharge - reimbursement check via mail. 4. Dubious informed consent: failed to disclose ALL RISKS involved w/ procedure. 5. Wisdom tooth surgery went well, but how they handled it did not. Even before my consultation I asked several times if they were in the Blue Cross network. Not if they accepted it, I asked if they were in network, and they assured me that they were. Come the day of the surgery, I'm asked to pay in full, which I thought was weird, but I was told that my insurance would reimburse me. About a month later I call Blue Cross to see where they were in the reimbursement process, and I find out that they, in fact, are not in network. ... read more
