From start to finish, our consultation with Dr. Cox and his staff was great. Everyone was kind and reassuring. Dr. Cox has a very calm demeanor and explained things well to my son who will be under his care soon for his wisdom teeth extraction. We feel confident about the care he will receive!
First time in a long time since I've seen a doctor of any sort, and last few I've seen have been horrible, but at Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery i was very satisfied and was a absolute pleasure, almost felt like family. The staff and doctor they all were so kind and generous. I highly recommend if you need anything done and looking for a more human connection this is the place for you!!!

My daughter came for a consult in this office Tuesday and waited over a hour and 30 mins to be scheduled just for the lady in the front to be hateful and ugly after seeing the doctor. We will not be scheduling. I would not recommend.
