The entire staff was great!! They made my son feel comfortable by explaining step by step of the procedure. They kept me informed on instructions prior to his surgery as well as post surgery instructions! Definitely recommend this office! Best oral surgery facility hands down! Thanks again guys for an amazing job!
Dr. Blummer and his assistant were wonderful. My issue is the following: I paid a large deposit in October 2024 at my first visit before the surgery. The deposit was never posted to my account. I was contacted numerous times and told that I owed money. I had to show them my credit card statement to prove that I already paid. So at this point they actually owed me money because my insurance also paid. I have contacted billing over the last few months numerous times to get my refund. I came to get a consult for dental surgery. Everyone was so very nice and professional. They really helped me calm down. Dr. B was so nice, informative and caring. I'm looking for to my surgery and being able to smile again.
Went in for a consultation and was very pleased with every staff member I dealt with. Couldn’t ask for a more professional and friendly group of people. They were able to determine what my problem was and the best solution to get it resolved. Very happy and would definitely recommend this office to others.
When I walked in. I was greeted with the most professional person. She was very friendly and professional and help me the whole time. After waiting a very few minutes I was taken back by Dr. Blumer’s assistant and she made me feel very at ease.
