WONDERFUL staff who really helped my daughter feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Myrick has a great personality and performed her procedure quickly and efficiently. They were also able to get my daughter in quickly after being told there was a three month wait at many other locations. Can’t thank them enough for the quick and easy experience!
Clinic is nice but i doctor was rude and did horrible job removing the tooth, half of my gum is missing and tooth next to it is exposed, no stitches was placed. Had bleeding for weeks after it. Now 9 months late i still have a huge hole and pain. In addition they keep sending me bill to pay something small that insurance didn't pay or denied. Called Billing office rep said its my responsibility. Billing office did not follow up with insurance but instead is bill patient. Will never go back to this place. Bad customer servic... read more
I had an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The doctor and their staff were very friendly. The instructions post procedure were very clear and very helpful. My only complaint was that I had a 12:30 appointment scheduled. They called me around 9:30 and said he was running ahead of schedule and I could come on in so my wife took off work early and I left work early to head on in. This is Travis Allen, They made me feel comfortable. All the beautiful nurses and staff were very friendly and polite. They were very patient and diligent in helping me get approved to get the surgery done that I needed to get me out of pain. There is no long wait time and the doctor is definitely good at what he does. I would recommend Simpsonville Carolina center to anyone I know in need of a outstanding oral and facial surgeon.
