Dr. Kisella is world class! Professional and genuine, our recent experience, wisdom teeth extraction was as smooth as could be considering the process. This was our third family member he has cared for and each procedure has been handled with exceptional care. We highly recommend this practice and can not thank Dr. Kisella enough for his detailed approach to a procedure that can be intimidating. He made us all feel at ease and truly cared for. His staff and technicians all were pleasant and helpful!
Dr Kisella and all the staff are awesome! They took care of my 92 year old Dad with care and compassion! From the front desk to the surgery suite everyone was competent and caring and made sure my Dad had the best experience ever. I would highly recommend Dr Kisella to anyone needing any oral surgical procedure-thorough, compassionate and excellent surgical skills!!!!
I was treated with respect, listened to very carefully about my condition, was informed as to the medical situation in layman's terms that were easily understood. So often visits with physicians are rushed and the patient is left without a complete understanding. However, Dr. Kisella was the model for what I would always hope to find in my caregivers. Thank you Dr Kisella! After Dr Kisella's care I was able to continue my flying experiences.
Office staff was nice, friendly and informative. Dr Kisella clearly explained my options and made sure that I understood them. He provided me with proper expectations of pain that I might have during and post surgery Have the options for managing my pain.He followed up that evening with a call to make sure everything was OK.
Dr. Kisella was able to fit me in a week early which worked out well. He provided me a clear and unhurried extensive consultation sharing options and welcoming my questions. I chose to move ahead. The initial numbing for local pain management I'd chosen was performed so precisely and rapidly that I didn't have time to worry or anticipate it, and then he began the procedure.
