Since moving here 3 years ago I have been a patient at this location. From day one I felt a sense of comfort from the front staff back to the assistants and dentists. Dr. Kinsley is by far one of the best dentist I’ve had. I never worry and can always trust her recommendations. I actually really love coming to the dentist now! I chipped a tooth last week and Dr. Erica Elliott was very kind and thorough in fixing it and making it very affordable and giving me a generous discount. I was touched and happy that I came here that I scheduled a cleaning and will definitely be coming back. Great first visit. Everything was top notch from start to finish. Got an appointment on short notice. I was able to start my appointment early. Kaelan was terrific. Took her time and really made sure my teeth got as clean as possible. Great customer service. Dr Kinsley gave me good advice on how to handle any more issues should they arise. For a first visit you all knocked it out of the park. Will return. Also the sunglasses are quite stylish !
Everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door! Little wait time in the lobby and the hygienist Rochelle and Dr.Lewis both were very kind and took my dental anxiety into consideration. Both took their time explaining my dental options and plan to me. Very nonjudgmental of me not being consistent with routine dental visits! Can’t wait until my next visit!
Everyone is so kind and welcoming, Dr. Elliott was so wonderful. She really care about her patients, my extraction was fast and pain free. After she finished she explained to me my post op plan with every detail. I was not rushed, she took her her time with me and asked me if I had any concerns or problems to give them a call. She is so genuine and just a wonderful person. I also enjoyed her assistant, she was so great as well.
