This was one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism and basic patient care was shocking. Questions were met with laughter instead of education or reassurance, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. Rather than focusing on the patient, staff spent a significant portion of the appointment discussing their personal lives with each other. There was also a constant push for additional charges. Today was my first time at CarolinasDentist and I was very pleased with the treatment I received. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and doing my exam and the Dr. was amazing. They provided a comfortable environment and were very kind. I would recommend coming here to anyone!
unkind front desk worker (brown hair glasses), insisted on charging me $50 for an unconfirmed appointment back in may that i was told was cancelled without charge. this location also did not call me or tell me about this fee, ever. i was seen at the pointe office in may—tried to explain that it was not going to work with the times they had open at midtown at the time, which is why I had rescheduled for another office. she just kept repeating that their offices are not connected, which I understand, which is why I made an app... read more
I went in today for a quick exam and everyone was the nicest people ever. The front desk was so nice and welcoming. I havent been to a dentist for a while and it felt so easy. The dentist was so sweet and the lady who first examined me was so nice they were amazing! Do come here!!!
This is just the best dentist office! Dr. Parks is so knowledgeable and so sweet. She explained everything about what I needed. Her assistant was fabulous, and the staff upfront couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend them.
