Dr. Cook is my primary care physician.
What impressed me the most about Dr Cook is that she asked me how I am managing as my mother’s caregiver. That meant a great deal to me as no other provider has ever been concerned with me and my responsibilities. Dr Cook also offered some thoughts on how to make my job easier and I feel very confident that if I need help going forward, Dr Cook will be there for both my mom and myself.
Dr. Murphy-Cook takes time to answer questions and I never feel rushed.
Not particularly good vibes, after one of my first visits she said, quote ' Try not to die' because I'd been dealing with high BP that no one seemed to, having tried multiple meds at that point. Admittedly have had numerous issues due to old car reliability that caused cancellations and random pop up sickness from Non Hodgkin's lymphoma and/or exposure to others ill that inconveniently effected appointments so I was recently religated to the nurse practitioner and no longer worthy of an appointment with the Dr.
