I’m being heard. She paid attention. She clarifies things when I’m rumbling. She did not rush me. She listened and valued my presence there. It really mean so much to me knowing that I’m comfortable and less anxious going to my appointment. She helps me feel empowered. The way how I think changed and I’m more kinder to myself. Thank you so much, Ms Drake! You’re amazing and you help me a lot!

Nurse Practitioner Stacie Drake was wonderful. Just in 2 visits she was able to help me understand certain things about myself and my life. She is very engaging, and a very good listener. She hears things that a lot of my regular doctors have not been hearing. From the time you come in the office the whole atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Very fortunate to have been recommended to her.

I can’t recommend Caroline enough — she is wonderful! It’s rare to see a provider who isn’t just going through the motions, checking boxes, and sending you on your way. A lot of times as a patient, I feel like I’m just a number, but not with her: Caroline is an excellent active listener, very engaged at every appointment, and incredibly responsive (and fast!) to my messages in the patient portal. Caroline Drake is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, listens attentively, and genuinely cares about providing the best care possible. I have found a provider who I really trust, which can be difficult in the mental health field!
