Dr. Morin, Best doctor in the world. Vsee app is terrible and the Lifestance portal is even worse. You need someone with technology to make Them more user-friendly. It’s absolutely ridiculous and so frustrating trying to make appointments And the impossible to cancel an appointment. There’s only someone in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and while I have nothing but good things to say about Truck And her customer service. My experience with Caroline Morin is great. Because English is not my first language she was very patient and kind. I need to change to other medications which is very complicated thing. She ask me a lot of questions and find out what is wrong with it. Now I am very satisfied with Caroline Morin. So if you looking for Psychiatrist I am highly recommend her for you. Now I am very happy to meet her. She is awesome!!!
Dr Morin is very knowledgeable & is clearly an expert in her field. However, the reception desk at the Carmel Valley location is incredibly incompetent. They almost never answer the phone, even during work hours that are not times that they’d be at lunch, so it always go to voicemail. But the messages I leave on the voicemail never get returned or at least get a call back checking in. Dr. Morin is Compassionate, caring and so easy to communicate with. I could not recommend her more. She has helped me immeasurably.
Ms. Morin is a very friendly and comfortable person to talk with about a variety of subjects. I feel she really listens when discussing problems and is a great help in finding solutions. I will continue to see her as she has been very helpful to me.
