We had taken our puppy Rottweiler to Carolyn Hart for training because she would run off, didn’t walk well on a leash, pulled clumps of grass out of our yard, jumped up at the counters etc. Paige is our dog’s name and she stayed at Carolyn’s for 3 weeks for the board and train program. It was hard to leave her for that long, but I will tell you that it was TOTALLY worth it! She was a changed dog when we picked her up. We also had to learn how to do the commands. Our golden doodle, Connor, spent three weeks with Carolyn. His training was wonderful and almost three years later we still get comments on how well behaved he is! We also had him trained with the e-collar for off lead. That has worked very well for all of us! The best part is that Connor loved being with Carolyn, I wasn't so sure he would want to come home!
Carolyn is a wonderful teacher and dog whisperer. She helped both my dog and me understand each other as we learned commands, how to walk together, and more. I highly recommend Carolyn!
Our dog, Lilah, did the three week board and train program with Carolyn in 2023. We have a Christmas tree farm at our house, so it was imperative to have a well behaved dog as people come to get their tree. I’m happy to report during the 2023 tree season, Lilah lived her best life. She was off leash with her ecollar (unless someone brought their dog) and was the official greeter of the farm.
