She really listens to me and and doesn't judge me I like talking to Carolyn Russell cuz she suggests stuff that would help me out and she knows that it's not just in my head
While she is nice. My main problem is that she always shows up late. My appointment starts at 11:15. But had to wait 20 minutes for her to actually show up and didn’t actually end until 12:47 mostly because it takes forever for her to speak. I hate to sound mean here, maybe she has a stutter. I don’t know but it takes so long for her to finish a sentence. I also don’t like her approach to my issues and how to talk about them. Comes off as being too sympathetic to the point of it sounding like pity.
There was immediate improvement for my wife Linda thanks to the care Carolyn provided.
Staff is amazing my therapist and front desk secretary are extremely great. I recommend it
