The first person we came in contact with was Bruce. He was extremely helpful and very courteous. He was able to answer all our questions, measured our house perfectly, and explain the process of getting new carpet for our entire house. Derrick, Sr. and Derrick, Jr. installed our carpet. We were trying to sell our home. Needed new carpet. Bruce was awesome. He suggested several. Picked out one. Sold the house in a week. Came to our new home to measure for an area rug. He’s the boss!!! Referred him to several friends and family.
Our carpet was laid correctly however our problem was the interaction with those who laid our carpet. The comments made on how they would eat my carpet if i allowed them to do so in the bedroom left me confused and felt it as a sexual advance. I just wanted a new carpet and not sexual advances from somone named Charlie.
