Friendly, knowledge staff. Love Chris and his dad. They go above and beyond--every time. We had someone break into our garage and poor gasoline everywhere and Bim, Jr. knew exactly what I needed to clean up that mess. They have also been super supportive and helpful to the other small businesses in the area. Excellent customer service and great carpet. We purchased $10,000 + worth of Mohawk carpet and flooring (including pad and installation) 1 year ago, and have been 100% satisfied! Super nice and professional people and I would recommend them for all flooring needs. We live 20 miles from their store and have many flooring businesses closer to our home, but it was well worth driving right past all of them to do business with these great people!
Great place to shop local. They have almost everything and very reasonable priced. The help is fantastic and knowledgeable. Great place to just browse too! Great selections!
Very nice store, The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. I am a flooring installer and I highly recommend my customers to buy from them. They have the same products the other stores have and better prices. All my customers have been very satisfied with their products and services and that makes my job easier.
