I recently had my bedroom and hallway flooring installed, and I was pleased with the overall quality of the installation. However, I do have some concerns regarding the quarter round. I noticed that there are gaps at the joints where the two pieces of quarter round meet, which detracts from the overall professionalism of the installation. I called and they came and fixed the issue so I am pleased with the customer service.
Excellent customer service! As a Realtor I often have to recommend vendors for a job. We had limited time to replace a carpet in a home and CDU fulfilled their promise to remove old carpet, install new and get the job done within 3 days! The crew that came were friendly! Professional! And very communicative. They even vacuumed the hallway outside of the apartment so as not to leave even a hint that they were there. I highly recommend this company and will always have them on my list of vendors for clients.

I was shown samples of the material that would best suit my needs and desires. The installer was amazing, manipulating all my furniture with care. I love my carpet, it feels so good under foot. Run.... don't walk away from this store. They are only interested in selling you a floor and don't care about misleading you about installation. They lied to the installer about the scope of the job, sent too few workmen to install causing a delay of a day and a half at great inconvenience to us.
