ZERO STARS! PLEASE READ THIS AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I live in Fraser and love to support small, local businesses (keep our money local, support Mom and Pop shops, etc.). Our carpet looks great. The owner and installer were very nice! Saved us a bit of money going through a local business! I highly recommend.
After initially choosing a date approximately a month away, and canceling all actions for our clients that weekend, they called the day before to let us know they would not be able to begin anything until Sunday of the designated weekend instead of Friday. That was not entirely a problem, as they said they would be able to tear out the old carpeting, and lay the new tiles along with all of the rubber base molding, which they mostly did.
