Carpet Empire Plus sold me and installed a high quality laminate floor. The installation was precise and expertly done. The quality of the material is excellent. It looks fantastic! Kudos to Mike Balian and his entire staff.

Carpet Empire was referred to me by friends who used them to replace carpet with engineered wood floor which turned out to be beautiful. I visited their store on 111 in Indio. Gary the manager greeted me. I explained what I was looking to do in my condo. Replace carpet and remove the tile and replace with vinyl wood like product. He was so helpful and did not pressure me. Several months ago we decided to replace our tile flooring with engineered hardwood but were unable to find a supplier nor an acceptable product. We had avoided Carpet Empire thinking they only dealt in carpet and tile. When we finally visited the Indio Display Center, it took us less than 20 minutes to discover an Acacia hardwood sample from LM Flooring. Janis is so thorough and pleasant to work with! We were referred by our realtor Sandra and are so pleased with everything about Carpet Empire Plus. Janis made our selections easy in the middle of the COVID closedown. She got us samples and kept in touch. The install guys did a great job in only 3 days on a new 4 bed 3 bath house.
