Amazing products!
We had carpet installed in December by a crew of part time installers that took 3 days for a small job. In June when the weather became very humid it became obvious that the carpet had not been stretched properly as multiple humps have shown up going across the entire room some as high as an inch or so. We were told that the carpet would have to be restreched and we would have to wait until August as not to upset any customers that were scheduled for new installations. Awful. My salesperson is never in and does not return phones calls. Asked for a quote for backsplash and never got it. Been waiting weeks for the tile guys to show up for my master bath. Nothing but broken promises.
