Excellent business. Very helpful when I already had flooring material but didn't have the stuff (or know-how) to apply the product. They worked with me and helped me find the right adhesive, the right application tool, and general instructions. Floor ended up looking great!

We had a large kitchen remodel in a very old home. We chose Carpet Mill based on the immediate customer service when entering the store as well as the fact that their installer has been with them over 15 years. What a good decision! There were detours and surprises throughout the project as can be expected with an old home. Everyone went the extra mile to solve each & every detour with patience and skill. Their customer service and quality of work was excellent from beginning to the end of the project. Would use them again and recommend them highly.
