Very poor work ,unprofessional . highly unsatisfied . been out multiple times to repair work that wasn't done correctly the first time don't want to do it right and laborers are not experienced or trained.
Literally the worst experience we've ever had having work done in our home. Carpet Spectrum laid carpet on our stairs and across a lofted balcony. Not only did the carpet look horrible (loose and buckling on the stairs, not tightly or properly tacked down on the edges, and carpet damaged in areas), the techs kicked balusters out of the newly done balcony railing, damaging our new coffee table on the floor below.
