I would not recommend carpet spectrum to anyone!!!! The experience I received a few months ago was probably the worst I ever seen or had to deal with! The “shop” guy or I think he’s a salesman was sitting on the couch watching tv, never came to me and my wife or asked anything, after walking around the huge unorganized show room we finally asked him for help. I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Tyler & Carpet Spectrum! Tyler came to my home to take measurements & show us some samples he thought would be a good fit for our home. We made a selection and were happily surprised to find the quote was actually cheaper than what we had received from a big box store for the same area and it was for a higher quality carpet & pad. Really pleased with my experience from start to finish with Carpet Spectrum. The installer pointed out an issue with my stairs that he thought should be fixed prior to finishing my carpet installation, so it didn’t lead to further issues down the road. He easily could’ve carpeted it anyway and ignored the problem, but instead wanted to do the best job he could, and I’m very happy about that.
Our installer Zach did the best job installing our carpet from Carpet Spectrum!! Cannot say enough good things about him! So nice, professional, hard working & we really appreciated him!!! Will shop at Carpet Spectrum again because of him!
I have worked with Carpet Spectrum various times and have always been pleased. I have worked with both Tyler & Anthony and they were very helpful and willing to work within my parameters! I will be using them again!
