I’ve used Carpet Value in the past and have always been impressed with their excellent customer service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were professional, attentive, and helpful every step of the way. Happy customer. We had Carpet Value 20+ years ago install carpet in our living room, hallway and three bedrooms and was happy with the service, the product we were sold and the installation. Now, in a different home, and new carpet installed in the basement and stairs and once again very happy with the service from Robert and the installers. Great price. Great service.
