Carpet World Fargo is proud of the fact that we are locally owned and operated. We opened in 1968 at 2219 Main Ave. Fargo with a new concept of only selling floor covering and offering full installation service on everything that we sold. Our first location was modest at only 1,250 sq. ft. in an old heating and cooling building built in the 40’s. I woke up to water in my basement. I didn't have the time or knowledge to understand what my next steps needed to be. Fantastic experience! We recently had both vinyl flooring and carpet installed in our home. Both jobs were difficult due to furniture and logistics. No problem for the experienced and professional installers from Carpet World. The two gentlemen who worked on our vinyl planking, Loren and Nathan, were efficient, pleasant to work with, and eager to please. Great selection, great service. We had a great experience at Carpet World. We replaced some linoleum and the carpet in our entire downstairs. They were helpful in educating us and helping us pick a product that would best meet our needs and be economical. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job too!
Exactly what was wanted. Carpet World replaced some carpet that was well worn out. I liked the look and feel of it so much we returned and did the rest of the bedrooms too. our installer was prompt and did a great job and cleaned up too.
